IMMUNIZATION
In order to enroll your child in school, we need proof that he/she is up-to-date on immunizations. Iowa state law requires that all students be immunized against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, rubeola, and rubella before entering school. Students born on or after July 1, 1994, must also receive three hepatitis B vaccinations. Those born on or after September 15, 1997, must receive at least one dose of the Varicella vaccine (we also accept reliable history of Chickenpox).
